The Service does not provide professional, meteorological, safety, navigation, travel, medical, or legal advice.
- Weather forecasts may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Climate averages and historical data may contain errors or revisions.
- Marine and air-quality data may not reflect real-time local conditions.
- AI-generated summaries may contain mistakes or omissions.
You acknowledge that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
4. Third-Party Data & Providers
Our data is sourced from multiple third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Open-Meteo (weather, climate, air quality, marine data)
- Supabase (database & storage)
- Netlify (hosting & logs)
- AI model providers (content generation)
We do not control these providers and are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, or their internal policies.
5. Acceptable Use

- Scrape or extract large amounts of data without permission.
- Resell, redistribute, or republish our data or content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated bots or crawlers except for legitimate indexing.
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
6. AI-Generated Content
We use AI models to generate summaries, explanations, packing suggestions, and contextual weather descriptions. AI output may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. By using the Service, you acknowledge these limitations.
